Delivery of Large Items
Larger items, such as furniture, will be delivered on a pallet. The courier is only responsible for delivering to the door. You are responsible for placing the item to its final location. Where there is a 2 man delivery they may be able to deliver through your door but not the location/room you wish for it to be in.
It is the customer (you) who is responsible to check all measurements and ensure large items will fit through the door. Couriers are not responsible for reloading and returning goods which do not fit through gates/doors/windows. In some cases delivery will be to ground floor only.
Order confirmation
Upon placing your order, we will pre-authorise your payment. Once product availability is confirmed with our supplier, we will process the payment and dispatch your order promptly. If any item is unavailable, we will cancel the pre-authorisation and notify you.
Once dispatched you will receive tracking information.
Returning Self Assembly
If you change your mind, all parts and tools must be returned in its original packaging, unopened. We do not refund part-assembled items, we do refund for damage caused through customer miss-handing, we do not refund for missing parts.
We advise that you examine all parts before assembly. Refer to our damages section.
DAMAGES
If your parcel arrives damaged;
You have 24 hours to report this. What you need to do;
Take photos,email these photos with a description of the damage and your details to [email protected] and we will advice you. On larger items such as furniture we will arrange pick up.
The item must be returned in its original packaging.
For self assembly furniture, it must NOT be returned partly or fully assembled. Pleas dis-assemble. All the tools and pieces should also be returned.
Once the parcel has been received to the warehouse and inspected we will dispatch a replacement item. Where the item is out of stock a full refund will be given.
CHANGE OF MIND
If you change your mind and the item has been dispatched you will still need to receive the item.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
The item must be unopened
the item must be returned in its original packaging.

All unwanted goods must be returned and ready for re-sale.
We recommend you take insurance out and return by recorded delivery. We cannot refund items lost or damaged during transit.

REFUNDS
Refunds typically take 14 days of receipt of your returned item. We do not refund delivery costs.
Refunds will only be given on returned items where the damage occurred in transit or was faulty before dispatch. Refunds will not be given for customer mishandling.
Refunds will not be given for delivery costs to you,the customer,for returning unwanted items.
If you change your mind refunds will only be given to unopened goods, returned in original packaging. You, the customer will be responsible for courier costs. We will not refund for goods damaged or lost in transit on returning items. Therefore we advise that you take out insurance on returned unwanted items.
Where loss and damage is the result of acts of nature such as storms, floods or other, refunds will not be given.
