We work with multiple suppliers, therefore shipping times and charges may vary depending on size, weight and delivery location.

Depending on the location of our customers (you) we Typically deliver to mainland uk only.
However, where delivery can be made outside of mainland uk delivery will take longer and may incur a surcharge. Contact us at [email protected] for further information.
Where our suppliers deliver outside of mainland uk this will be restricted to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and islands. We deliver to Uk only.

Shipping Costs

However, we typically deliver within 2 to 5 working days.

For some larger items we only deliver to the UK mainland only. Check out product information for delivery location at check out.

We currently do not deliver outside of the UK.

Order conformation
Once your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation. Where your order is out of stock you will be informed and not charged.

Track your order
You will normally receive tracking information within 24 hours of dispatch. In the event you do not receive this information please contact us at [email protected]
For large items, such as furniture, You (the customer) will need to sign for your goods. Where the person receiving the goods is out at time of delivery, the goods will be returned to the warehouse.

You will be responsible for any extra delivery costs for second attempt delivery.

Delivery is normally to the back door only unless you choose the two man delivery option, where available. See shipping costs.

Shipping Costs
As we use multiple suppliers shipping costs will vary and will be displayed at check out.
As a general guide only;
Items £200 to £499.99 will be charged at the standard rate of £10
Orders over £500 will be delivered FREE of charge

For larger items, delivery costs will be dependent upon weight. As a general guide,
items weighing up to 20kg £6.99 to £10, 20kg to 40kg £14.99, over 40kg £25

Where Two man delivery service and room of choice is available. This will be offered at check out.
up to 35kg £49.99
35kg to 200kg from £59.99 to 109.99
Orders that weigh over 200kg will be advised at time of Order.

Next Day delivery is available on some items at an additional charge of £10

Where there is the option to request a specific delivery day, this will be a charge £10

If you are out at the time of the designated delivery time please contact us to rearrange delivery. However this may incur additional delivery costs.

Assembly
Some products will require assembly. Please read the instructions carefully. It will require 2 persons to assemble.
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return it. we do not accept part assembled products. They must be returned in original packaging, with no missing parts. Please read our returns policy.

white glove service
Delivery to your room of choice, in some cases assembly, and packaging removed.
Not all our products will have this option, but where white glove service is available you can choose this option at checkout. White glove service will be an additional cost based on the size and weight of your product. Costs will be shown at checkout.

Once delivered
It is the customers (you) responsibility to check your order on delivery before the driver leaves,to ensure no part of the order is missing and there is no damage. In the event that you are unable to do this, we allow 24hrs for you to notify us. Please read our returns policy.

Where there is a delay in delivery through no fault of ours we will inform you of the delay and keep in communication with you until your goods are delivered.
